How to Shop This Collection

This collection brings together acrylic blanks and UV DTF decals — everything you need to create custom badge reels, keychains, charms, and more. Here's how they work together:

  • Pick your acrylic blank — Choose the shape and size that fits your project. Badge reel blanks are 2" in diameter and charm blanks are 1", with 3" and 4" blanks also available for larger designs like keychains and signs.
  • Match it with a UV DTF decal — Our decals are simple peel-and-stick, no heat or special equipment needed. They're sized a bit smaller than the blank itself, so the decal sits inside the edge rather than covering it edge-to-edge.
  • Size tip — Match your decal size to your blank: 1" for charms, 2" for badge reels, and 3" or 4" for bigger keychains and display pieces, keeping in mind the decal will be slightly smaller than the blank for a clean border.
  • Common uses — Badge reels for nurses and teachers, retractable ID holders, charm keychains, zipper pulls, and gift toppers.
  • Custom designs — Ordering a custom decal? Email your PNG file to chrisscraftco@gmail.com with your order number. Files must be at least 300 DPI with a transparent background.
